Message to Recruiters

Employment is managed through the Human Resources Department. Recruiters are requested not to contact Depomed employees directly in an attempt to submit candidates. Complying with this request will be a factor in determining any professional relationship with Depomed.

To protect the interests of all parties involved, Depomed requires a signed agreement to be in place prior to the submittal of any candidate. Depomed does NOT accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from candidates for either current or future positions. Submission of unsolicited resumes in advance of a signed agreement and request by Depomed to the recruiter for assistance does not create any implied obligation on the part of Depomed.
